Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I book my hotel room? A: Use the Colee Hotel Room Block to get our Conference rate. The
block has officially ended but rooms can be booked as long as there is availability.
Q: What is the dress code? A: The dress code is business casual, but feel free to dress it up if that’s your
thing.
Q: Will meals be provided? A: Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days. Please let us know if
you have any dietary restrictions and did not designate on the registration form.
Q: Is parking available? A: Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Parking is discounted for all attendees.
We will share the QR Code a few days before the event. You may also see the code at Valet. In addition,
there is another public parking lot adjacent to the building.
Q: Will there be Wi-Fi at the venue? A: Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. The network
name and password will be provided upon arrival.
Q: Can I bring a guest or non Notenetic user? A: The conference is limited to registered attendees only,
BUT you may bring guests that are registered. We would love to demo the system for anyone that you feel
could use some Notenetic Energy.
Q: What time does it end on Friday? A: The sessions will officially end with our closing session at 2PM on
Friday so that people who need to travel can make flights and beat traffic. BUT we’ll still be around and will
do dinner and social activities Friday night as well.
