Here are a few questions that people tend to have about getting started or switching from another EHR software.
There is no long term contract. We believe that if you love Notenetic EHR, then you will partner with us for years to come. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
Most systems have some method of exporting data (patient demographics, staff/HR information, etc). We can usually do an import that will jumpstart your switch to Notenetic.
We include 2 hours of real time virtual training by our certified staff. Additionally, we offer customized in-person training services for larger organizations upon request.
Self managed patient insurance claim submission is included with all subscriptions. There is no per claim fee like other systems charge. We do offer revenue cycle management services for a fee.
